“ I’ve been going to La Olla since the day they opened their doors, and it has always been consistently excellent. Ken, Dianne and family do a great job overseeing and participating in the work there. The food is as great as it gets; you cannot order anything on the menu that is unimpressive. Good tequila selections and ever-interesting dessert options keep me coming back. This family owned-and-operated restaurant is a must-visit to experience Mexican cuisine at its finest and most unique. In my opinion, it is the only 5-star Mexican restaurant within 50 miles. ”
“ Food and service were so good we ate here for dinner two days in a row. Easily booked a reservation of 7-8 each night we were in town for El Tour de Tucson. Loved the combination options and that I could get some of them with Tamale Pie and calabacitas! They also have all the usuals and some lighter fare options. “ I am so glad we found this place today. The food was amazing and our waitress was great. Unfortunately there is no sign facing the street so can easily pass off as a doctor’s office. The place is not too big. But that’s okay it has a more relaxed family environment. I had the chicken flautas and the picture doesn’t do justice they were huge and I had to use my fork . There was also some type of sauce under the guacamole that gave a little sweet and savory to the dish. I can’t wait to Go back and try more dishes! ”
